16/04/2008 – Free YAWC Pro 1.1.6 Released

We have released YAWC Pro 1.1.6 as a free download, with no registration key required, so feel free to try it out.

We decided to do this because we no longer actively support or maintain the product, but many people may still find it useful as a way of getting good quality HTML from Word documents.

We are now focusing our efforts on YAWC Online (www.yawconline.com), which effectively does the same thing as YAWC Pro, except that the conversion step is carried out on a central server, rather than on each local PC. We have found that this avoids a whole range of problems with installing, configuring and supporting non-standard packages on typical PCs.
